王芬，女，1959年8月出生，教授，博士，博士生导师，材料物理与化学学术带头人。中科院上海硅酸盐研究所特聘研究员，故宫博物院古陶瓷国家重点科研基地客座研究员。主要从事陶瓷/金属复合材料、陶瓷色釉料及古陶瓷科学等方面的研究工作，发明了分相呈色系列色釉技术并在理论研究方面获得突破。主持和参与了包括国家自然科学基金重点项目及面上项目6项。出版专著2部，发表学术论文90余篇，获得国家发明专利授权20余项。获得部级二等奖1项、省级科学技术进步奖３项。获得西南西北地区优秀科技图书一等奖１项，获得国家旅游产品开发金奖２项。

Prof. Wang Fen (Ph.D), female, born in August, 1959, is now the supervisor for Ph.D candidates and the academic leader in Material Physics and Chemistry. She is the distinguished professor of Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the guest researcher in the state-level ancient ceramics research base of the Palace Museum. She is now focusing on the researches on ceramic/metal composites, pigments and glazes and ancient ceramics science. She invented the series of colored glazes by phase separation and achieved great breakthrough in the related theory. She is now in charge of 9 projects including the Key National Natural Science Funds project of China. She has published 2 books, more than 90 articles and has been authorized more than 20 patents. She was awarded several state-level prizes including the 1st prize of Excellent Scientific Books in the southwestern and northwestern China and 2 golden prizes of the National Tourism Products.
